The 10 miles walk on Sunday 16th August starts from Buckden Wood Lay-by grid ref. 781186 at 9.10am or meeting at Toby Carvery Greenmount at 9am. All are welcome. You are advised to wear appropriate clothing and hiking boots. There are lots of stiles and steep inclines. Bring a packed lunch and money for public transport, if possible come in cars as we need transport to the start. The bus route back will be through Rochdale and Bury taking about 1.5 hours. We are expecting to be back about 4pm.
