Monthly Short Walk, Summerseat, to Buckhurst.
On a cold but dry morning thirty two walkers set out from Greenmount Old School to complete this months short walk. After walking for a short distance down Hazal Hall Lane we joined a narrow footpath on our right and headed towards Higher Summerseat.

Once at the river, we crossed over the railway line and headed for Baldingstone and onto Buckhurst.

From Buckhurst we made our way to Nangreaves and back to Greenmount via Summerseat having covered seven energetic miles.
